Information About the Processing of Personal Data in the Recruitment Process

The controller of your personal data is Stock Spirits Group PLC, with its registered office at: Solar House, Mercury Park, Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire, HP10 0HH, United Kingdom (“Stock” or “us”).

Providing the personal data marked with an asterisk is required to take part in the recruitment process.

Your personal data specified in legal regulations will be processed under the applicable laws. If you decide to provide us with additional information about yourself, this data will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent that you gave us by submitting your job application. Failure to provide additional data does not prevent you from participating in the recruitment process. If you do not want us to process additional data about you, do not provide it in the documents.

We will process the above data to create a list of candidates for vacant jobs and to contact you in matters related to the recruitment process for a period of 1 year of submission of your application. In case of any disputes between you and Stock, we may process your personal data to pursue claims and defend against claims, on the basis of our legitimate interest, principally for a period of 18 months of the end of the recruitment process, or longer if required by law.

At a further stage of the recruitment process you may be asked to take competence and language tests/resolve job-related case studies or provide a sample of your work.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without stating the reason by sending an email to the address:, or a letter by post to the above-specified address of the registered office of Stock, marked “Legal Department”. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to access your personal data, have it rectified, erased, right to restriction of processing and data portability, as well as right to object to data processing.
